Consultami - The app to digitalize the system of family consueling in Italy
Within the reach of anyone and anywhere, provided with respect and dignity by trained and motivated health care professionals
The main purpose is to go and lift a user experience that has several gaps in the contact process. With the use of an app, it is possible to come to the aid of people in their search for and direct communication with counseling centers with the aim of being able to unify the quality of the service offered with that of the contact, as well as speeding it up and simplifying it.
After a quick profiling and geolocation, to maintain that human aspect that distinguishes this health service, it is possible to start a cognitive video call with a health assistant who can direct us to the choice and path we need. Given the great disparity of offerings by the consultancies on the Italian territory, the idea is to make the call work like a call center, where the first available operator on the whole Italian territory, can take charge of the user and direct him to the consultatory closest to him.
While this project is currently a university initiative, it represents a unique opportunity for me to work on a system that has the potential to concretely improve the lives of citizens. It would be an honor to see this app become a reality, helping to digitize and make consultancies in Italy more efficient. I strongly believe in the importance of designing solutions that stand alongside public services, making it easier for everyone to access and use services more quickly and easily.
