Working closely with the Baggysitter team, the goal was to simplify and streamline the user flow, turning the innovative service into a smooth and immediate experience. The result is a landing page designed to guide the user smoothly, solving the problem of luggage transportation with an innovative approach: no more lockers or bulky suitcases to lug around while on vacation.
The new flow and design make the service even more accessible and attractive, allowing users to focus on the most important aspect of travel: enjoying every moment. With Baggysitter, travelers can finally get rid of their luggage while the service takes care of getting them directly to their desired destination, whether it's a hotel, Airbnb, or the airport. A small gesture that makes a difference, allowing people to enjoy the first or last moment of their vacation without worry.
Baggysitter's flow is designed to be quick and intuitive. Start by choosing your destination (for now available in Milan), then select your pickup and drop-off point, along with your preferred time and day. After indicating what you wish to have transported, fill out the registration form, make payment, and you're done. Your luggage will be delivered where you want it, with no worries and no time wasted.
Participating in a project like Baggysitter has been a pleasure and a great opportunity.
